Itinerary

This itinerary offers a mix of relaxation, historical exploration, and beach activities, ensuring a memorable experience along the Kenyan coast.

Day 1: Arrival in Mombasa and Beach Relaxation

Arrive in Mombasa, Kenya’s coastal hub. Transfer to your beachfront hotel or resort, and settle in. Spend the rest of the day relaxing on the pristine sandy beaches, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean waters, or lounging by the pool. Enjoy a seafood dinner at a local restaurant or your resort, followed by an overnight stay.

Day 2: Explore Mombasa’s Historical and Cultural Sites

Begin your day with a visit to Fort Jesus, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, to explore its rich history and impressive architecture. Wander through the Old Town, known for its narrow streets, Swahili architecture, and vibrant markets. Visit the Mombasa Marine National Park for snorkeling or diving to witness the stunning underwater world. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and return to your hotel for the night.

Day 3: Day Trip to Diani Beach

Take a day trip to Diani Beach, one of Kenya’s most famous and beautiful beaches, located about an hour south of Mombasa. Spend the day soaking up the sun, swimming, or engaging in water sports like kite surfing and jet skiing. Visit the Colobus Conservation to learn about primate conservation efforts. Enjoy a beachfront lunch and relax until the late afternoon. Return to Mombasa for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Visit to Malindi and Watamu

Travel to Malindi, a town rich in history and culture, located about two hours north of Mombasa. Visit the Vasco da Gama Pillar, the Gede Ruins, and the Malindi Marine National Park for snorkeling and diving opportunities. Continue to Watamu, renowned for its beautiful beaches and marine life. Day 5: Relaxation and Departure
