Day 1: Arrival and Afternoon Game Drive

Arrive in Nairobi and transfer to Samburu National Reserve, a 5-6 hour drive or a short flight to the local airstrip. Check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy a relaxing lunch. In the late afternoon, embark on your first game drive, where you can spot unique species such as the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
